Can you use any of the Endless Zen products on an open wound or open skin?

• Endless Zen products are intended for topical use only and should not be applied to open skin or wounds. Digestion of these products should be avoided. Take care to prevent contact with eyes.

My rejuvenating balm melted to a liquid, and I spilled it. Can I be refunded or exchanged? 

• No. Each warning label advises product to be stored in cool, dry place. Ingredients are natural and melt at high heat. Avoid hot cars, and excessive heat. If product melts, refrigerate 30 min or room temp overnight.

Can anyone use Endless Zen?

• No. If you are pregnant, please do not use any Endless Zen rejuvenating balms, soaps, or massage oils as the essential oil blend ingredients could possibly increase uterine contractions, specifically arnica, cinnamon, juniper berry, and rosemary essential oils.
